The Board of Directors, at its meeting of 5 March 2026, used the following indicators and achievements examined by the Human Resources and Remuneration Committee to determine the level of achievement of the non-financial and qualitative targets for 2025.

The L'Oréal for the Future programme sets out the sustainability objectives(1) for 2030 that L'Oréal defined in 2020 and adjusted in 2025, for which the 2025 achievements are summarised in the table in section 1.4.2.
