7.2.2 Issued share capital and authorised unissued share capital
The share capital amounted to €106,756,605.60 at 31 December 2025. It was divided into 533,783,028 shares with a par value of €0.20 each, all of the same class and with the same dividend rights.
The following table summarises the currently valid authorisations granted to the Board of Directors by the Annual General Meeting(1) concerning the capital. It shows the use made of such authorisations over the financial year and presents the authorisations that are to be put to the vote at the Annual General Meeting on 24 April 2026.
