At its meeting on 12 February 2026, the Board of Directors found that 100% of the performance conditions were achieved during the three years taken into consideration by the ACAs plan of 13 October 2022, namely 2023, 2024 and 2025. Accordingly, the beneficiaries who fulfil the conditions of the plan on 13 October 2026 and, in particular, that relating to the condition of presence in the Company, will receive 100% of the shares that were granted to them. For the record, 20,000 shares were granted to Nicolas Hieronimus, Chief Executive Officer, under the 13 October 2022 Plan. After application of the plan terms, 20,000 shares will fully vest to Nicolas Hieronimus.
