7.4.4 Renewal of the authorisation for the conditional grant of shares submitted to the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting of 24 April 2026

The authorisation given to the Board of Directors by the General Meeting of 23 April 2024 to allocate free shares to Group employees and certain corporate officers expires in 2026. A new authorisation for this purpose will be submitted to the General Meeting of 24 April 2026 (18th resolution).
