9.2 Historical financial information incorporated by reference

In accordance with Article 19 of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 of 14 June 2017, this 2025 Universal Registration Document incorporates the following information by reference:

• the consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2023 prepared in accordance with IFRS and the accompanying Statutory Auditors’ Report presented on pages 356 to 360 of the 2023 Universal Registration Document, filed with the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) on 19 March 2024 under number D. 24‑0139, and the information taken from the 2023 Management Report presented on pages 39 to 49 of the 2023 Universal Registration Document;
• the consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2024 prepared in accordance with IFRS and the accompanying Statutory Auditors’ Report presented on pages 347 to 351 of the 2024 Universal Registration Document, filed with the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) on 24 March 2025 under number D. 25‑0138, and the information taken from the 2024 Management Report presented on pages 38 to 49 of the 2024 Universal Registration Document;
