Sophie Bellon

Sophie Bellon is Chairwoman of the Sodexo Board of Directors. After a career in finance in the United States, Sophie Bellon joined Sodexo in 1994, where she held various positions, including as the Chief Executive Officer of the Corporate Services business unit of Sodexo France and as Research, Development and Innovation Strategy Manager of Sodexo. She was appointed Chairwoman of the Board of Directors in 2016 and then interim Chief Executive Officer of Sodexo from October 2021, before taking the position of Chairwoman and Chief Executive Officer from February 2022 to November 2025.

Sophie Bellon has been a Director of L'Oréal since 2015.
